A Beautiful Last Day in Kazakhstan ❤️🇰🇿 We had not pre-booked our trip to Issyk Lake and were desperately looking for a way to visit on our last free day before flying back to India. That’s when we came across this travel agency’s page, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. From the very beginning, Ali, the manager, was incredibly cooperative and helpful. We contacted several travel agencies, but most of them quoted significantly higher prices. Ali offered us the best price for a private tour for two, without compromising on the quality of the experience.

The vehicle provided was excellent and very comfortable, which made the journey even more enjoyable. And then we met our guide, Daryn — such a sweet, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring young guy. He didn’t make the trip feel like just another tourist excursion. He made sure we enjoyed the journey as much as the destination.

On the way to Issyk Lake, Daryn even took us to an ostrich farm, which was such a fun and unexpected addition to our day. On our way back, he noticed a beautiful spot by the river and stopped the car so we could spend a few peaceful minutes there. These little gestures made the experience feel personal rather than routine.

We also asked Daryn to recommend a place where we could experience authentic Kazakh cuisine, and he took us to a wonderful local restaurant where we had some absolutely delicious food. It was exactly the kind of experience we were hoping for — genuine, local, and memorable.

Another thing we really appreciated was Ali’s flexibility. We didn’t have enough Kazakh tenge in cash, and instead of making things complicated, he immediately helped us with an option to pay online. His understanding and cooperation made everything completely stress-free.

What could have simply been a last-minute day trip turned into one of the most memorable days of our Kazakhstan journey. Yesterday we went to Charyn Canyon and Bartogay Lake with the Qoshkeldin Almaty team, and we’re still under the impression. The beauty of nature there is something you really can’t put into words — you just have to see it yourself.

Most importantly, we truly had a great trip and learned a lot thanks to Ali. And what surprised me the most — even though I’m originally from Narynkol, I had never heard about Bartogay before. For me, it was discovering a new beautiful place.

I also want to mention how comfortable everything was organized. Ali stayed with us the whole time, listened to our wishes, and adjusted to our pace. There was no strict schedule like many tour agencies have. We walked, took photos, and filmed videos as much as we wanted, without being rushed. You don’t find that kind of approach very often.

On top of that, we had many interesting and warm conversations along the way. Not every guide is so friendly and easy to talk to.

So I’d really like to thank the Qoshkeldin Almaty team and especially Ali for such a memorable and warm trip. Ali was not only our guide, but also a comfortable and safe driver, a great photographer, and most importantly, a kind friend to us. We’ll definitely travel with you again.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Lake Issyk tour, and I must say it's one of the most breathtaking places I've ever seen. The natural beauty of the lake and its surroundings left me in awe.

Our guide, Amir, made the experience even more memorable. Not only is he incredibly friendly, but his expertise as a history professor added a fascinating dimension to the journey. Amir's ability to explain the history of Kazakhstan in an engaging and understandable way was truly remarkable.

Based on my travel experiences I would strongly recommend Qosheldin Almaty Tours to anyone travelling to Kazakhstan -Almaty.
They were very professional, punctual, comfortable vehicles, realistic itinerary, and their guide cum drivers are exceptional.

On day one our guide was Ayden who was not only well aware of the facts of the place but also helped us retrieve the bag left by one of us.

On day two and three we had Vadim as our driver and guide, who was a very knowledgeable person. He made our journey thoroughly enjoyable. Not only was he a conscientious driver who strictly followed the traffic rules but also engaged us with his intelligent conversations and a great sense of humour. Explained the history of each place, clicked wonderful pictures and gave us soulful memorable moments.

Had an amazing experience. Ali was incredibly accomodating to our requests and honoured the commitments even though it costed him more due to a misunderstanding in the requirements. My family (5 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed the well planned trip to the Almaty lake by Ali. The driver was on time, the car was clean and comfortable, he drove us to beautiful spots, took us to nice restaurants on the way. I would highly recommend his service.

Great, reliable tour company. We used them during our time in Almaty and had a wonderful experience. The guides are friendly and speak good English. They are also very flexible to your needs. We did a day trip to both Kolsai Lake and Charyn Canyon (a long day!), and would recommend both!
